Season 3 finalé and we are joined by British supermodel Erin O'Connor MBE.
Erin asks "Why do we hold such a limited remit of what beauty really means?" and shares her experiences of growing up in an industry that holds and enforces a specific standard of beauty, what it was like to be told she was outside of that, and how she learned to see her strength and beauty in a way that meant she could become a voice for other women. We also go beyond her life as a model to discuss her new role, as a mother balancing life and work, and learning the power of self-acceptance and forgiveness.
