I don't only preach or tell you what I have learned in a book; most of my life's work comes from experience.
This has allowed me to move in life in ways people perceive as quantum leaps and fully support others.
During this solo episode, I share what goes on behind the scenes and how I move, approach change, and deal with internal contradictions.
I no longer feel shame or guilt for constantly changing and innovating. I learned this is one of my gifts: motivating or inspiring others to take action and have the guts to move.
