Over a million women are considered to be in "menopause" right now. But really you start menopause about 8 years before you're considered to be in menopause. You can have a number of the symptoms, mood swings, night sweats, hot flashes for years afterwards too. Luckily more and more research is being done and we're learning better ways to handle menopause. One of those experts who has been talking about it for years is my next guest Maryon Stewart. She came on the podcast a year ago and it's amazing how much has changed. We'll talk about the great strides being made to help us women with so many new products. What we can do with our nutrition and so much more.
