One of the biggest ways I’m currently finding rest in motherhood is by outsourcing, and I’m not just talking about the women who support me in my business, but asking my village to help me when possible. Maybe this means my mom taking my dogs to grooming, getting groceries delivered, or asking my dad to pick something up for Lilah while he’s out. This is one way I preserve my energy and protect myself from self sabotage in motherhood. This is exactly what I want to talk about in this episode – the top four ways you may be sabotaging yourself in motherhood and how to move your baseline from surviving to thriving.
