In this episode of The Shift patient series, we have Gemma, a 24 year old woman based in Brisbane. Gemma’s health issues started during her childhood and she has lived with symptoms including acne, depression, food intolerances and chronic fatigue.
Gemma was diagnosed with depression as a teenager and during this episode she talks with Katherine about that journey and the different treatments she tried along the way including her discovery of the link between mental health and gut health.
