Chip is the owner of Topeca Coffee and one of the founding principles of G&B Provisions, which runs Saturn Room, Open Container, Hodges Bend, and Lowood - all in Tulsa, OK. Ian is the Director of Coffee at Topeca and was the 2018 U.S. Roaster Champion. The two coffee connoisseurs talk about the changing landscape of the coffee world, as well as consumer behavior overall in the hospitality industry.
