In this first episode of Series 2 I spend the morning with Jenny Seagrove at home with her gorgeous dogs keeping us company. I first met Jenny through per partner, Bill Kenwright who manages the Theatre Royal Windsor and produces the annual pantomime I've been comic at for the past 12 years.
We chat all things, dogs, horses, theatre, careers and our shared passion for mindfulness and finding those little mindful moments in life that can upgrade our day.
Jenny is well known for playing Jo Mills in the long-running BBC drama Judge John Deed as well as countless theatre, TV and film roles. Jenny is also the founder of Mane Chance Sanctuary that provides care for rescue horses.
