Foundation 14 is the catalyst that brought us all together to talk about veterans and veterans topics. We are all excited for you all to learn and grow with us as we evolve this podcast.
We will dive deep into topics like Post Traumatic Stress, coping mechanisms and techniques. Transitioning, what that looks like for us and those close to us, anger management and substance abuse issues. Let's face it, we are veterans, the topics will go on forever.
