She is also a Life Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Menstruality Mentor, working for over 15 years supporting women holistically to realise themselves and shine their unique light into the world. For as long as she can remember, she has been on the lookout to collect all the tools for women to truly glow and thrive.
