EveryStep's CEO Tray Wade talks about the challenges the organization had working through the COVID-19 pandemic and how a non-profit can be successful. He also discusses all the different programs that EveryStep has to support the approximately 70,000 citizens throughout all 99 counties in Iowa.

EveryStep’s more than 30 programs and services support and educate new mothers; assist immigrants and refugees; provide developmental screenings and referrals for children; bring wellness services to communities; deliver in-home care to people who are ill, injured, or facing the end of life; and offer compassionate support to families during times of grief and loss.
