Yes, food holiday season started with Halloween so it's really easy to just say YOLO and eat ALL the things until you feel bad on January 1. It doesn't have a to be this way though and in today's episode, we will talk about:

  • Why we overeat during the holidays
  • What's wrong with going YOLO from October-December
  • Tips and strategies to eat what you want and avoid waiting till 1/1!
