I shortly tell you who I am and what this podcast is going to be about.
After many years spent in academia; between the pages of different books [and especially scientific papers]; traveling and living in different countries, I finally decided to turn all my knowledge and insights into something more efficient [and helpful!] for others.
I truly believe in the power of the human mind and that we can achieve a lot if we know how to befriend our messy brains. It's not an easy job but it is worth trying!
The main goal of this podcast? - Help you become your own coach.
My main personal goal? - Live a life with purpose.
