In this session, I will provide an overview of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class and some of the important features covered in the class. Since many of us spend a significant amount of time living in our heads, this session is inviting you all to come back to the body, instead of being overly focused on the habits of the thinking mind.
