In this week's special episode of the Almost Healed Podcast, we bring on our very first guest, former professional basketball player, Stephen Soriano.
In the episode you will hear from Stephen and his story of overcoming limiting beliefs throughout his entire career, from high school, college, and even professionally. We talk about the importance of perseverance and creating inner confidence and how that helped him to reach success and lead him to his career playing professionally in Mexico and all over the world.
We also discuss the new movie Air, and how the protagonist, Sonny, shows us a great example of perseverance and believing in himself that ending up paying off huge for him, Nike & Michael Jordan.
Some fun facts about Stephen: He recently retired from his 14 year professional basketball career, he came from a small town in Arizona with a population of less than 2,000 people, oh and he is Remy's husband! :)
