What is embodied living, period, much less when someone has experienced trauma in their life? What constitutes trauma anyway? Is it the usual suspects or things that we might not think of as traumatic? Do any of us escape trauma? Alison Rothman's answer might surprise you. Alison Rothman is host of the Embodied & Awake Podcast and is a body-centered empowerment coach in Boulder, Colorado. Her specialty is helping women navigate trauma and helping them heal from addictions holistically and in an embodied way. Alison Rothman can be found at www.embodymylife.com.
