Today we're re-visting what dieting *REALLY* is so you can spot sneaky dieting behaviors that hold you back!
Dieting has been linked to weight cycling, food guilt, and disordered eating. The problem we find? Most people don't think they are dieting when they really are! If you are struggling in your relationship with food and you are convinced that you're not dieting - this episode is for you. We'll cover:

  • what a diet is (and how diet culture tries to confuse you)
  • why diets don't work long-term give examples of sneaky dieting behaviors to look out for (or "dieting on the down low" as Dalina calls it)
