Catherine Njeri, yoga teacher and community leader, joins us all the way from Nairobi, Kenya and we are PUMPED to release this episode.
Catherine’s stories and words of empowerment are what you need to listen to. She is one of the facilitators of Africa Yoga Project’s annual 200-hour yoga teacher training in Nairobi and a regular instructor at the Shine Center (which is now hosting virtual, global classes!). Not only does she lead this training, she was the first woman on the Sub Saharan African continent to ever lead a yoga training. Her experience is unparalleled so her insight and teachings are beyond empowering for us, and we think it is for you, too.
