As we approach the end of an amazing, eventful year, as we slow down to enjoy the holidays, spend time with family and friends, I'm inviting you to take some time to reflect and prepare for 2024. Hi, I’m Donna Williams, Certified Holistic Health Coach, owner and creator of infoonhighbloodpressure.com. I run short, whole-foods based detoxes for beginners that focuses on eating whole grains, lean proteins, and lots of fresh produce. It has an easy-to-follow protocol, and it runs for just 5 days.

With my detox program, I help my community get back on track with their eating, so they feel better, have more energy, and even drop a few pounds. I love working with high blood pressure individuals, especially women of color. The best part of working with my clients is that I get to help them shift their habits, so they are able to lower their blood pressure with results that impress even their doctors, all the while still eating food that tastes good. I want you to take a moment to think about what rejuvenate your mind, soul, and spirit. From walking on the beach to reading a book, anything that makes you happy. Then make plans; crave out the time now to do that for next year. For instance, imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day.

The last reflection I am inviting you to do for 2023, is to celebrate your people, your community, those you have around you all the time. Those who celebrate you, cherish you, is always there for you. Over a period of time call them and ackn
