People are stressed but they don’t always connect the dots to how stress is effecting their health and life. When was the last time you thought about your inner organs? Your liver, kidneys? Your brain? Stress is a state of being where anxiety is a feeling. When one taps (EFT) on the negative emotions it helps to release the pressure within the body and starts working on how you want to feel. You are reprogramming the way you think and so much more. Someone may be stressed out about going to work, because they don’t like their job. Once at work they get stressed from task to do and at home they can’t relax because all they are thinking about is work and what happened.

When one taps (EFT) on the negative emotions it helps to release the pressure within the body and starts working on how you want to feel. You are reprogramming the way you think.

Now that you have reprogrammed yourself you have reduced your stress by calming your nervous system down.

Some people tap with one hand and others tap with two hands. It really doesn’t matter as long as you tap on the points.

When we get anxious it sends a message to the body, who works as a brain in its own right. That triggers it to be in the stress mode. Now we are in fight or flight mode.

When was the last time you thought about your inner organs? Your liver, kidneys? Your brain? The brain is the mind in action.

Stress is a state of being where anxiety is a feeling.

With tapping you want to be as specific as possible. You could be stressed about going to work, but what is stressing you out? Is it your boss, your co-workers, tasks to do? You want to be really specific to what is causing the stress.

Tapping is also really good for physical elements when you are ill. If we can think toxic thought that make us ill then we can think positive thoughts that cure us.
