Panic Disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by unexpected and repeated episodes of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms that may include chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, or abdominal distress. Examples of how to cope: 1. deep breathing 2. Don't fight it...embrace it by accepting you will be ok 3. read something of interest to you while panic is going on. This may help focus on something other than panic 4. down load head space app on your phone 5. download calm app on your phone 6. search YouTube for relaxation audios 7. Listen to interesting podcast maybe comedy or relaxtion
