Motherhood is such a rewarding, challenging, wonderful journey. When you are a new mom, there are so many changes to get used to! Your schedule is not 100% your own anymore and every day you navigate feeding schedule, naps, etc! Finding time to work out becomes like a jigsaw puzzle! But it can happen!
