Welcome to Protecting Your Nest with Dr. Tony Hampton. Rhonda Townsend is 60 years young and 5’3”. She became a carnivore on January 2, 2023, because she wanted to lower her blood pressure and shed extra weight. She was able to slowly wean herself off medications, and after three months on carnivore, her blood pressure was within normal range. Additionally, her weight dropped down to 120 pounds which is 80 pounds down from her heaviest!
