Welcome to Protecting Your Nest with Dr. Tony Hampton. Ajalah Efem, who lives in the South Bronx, the poorest part of NYC, had diabetes and was experiencing debilitating depression before she started following a low-carb diet. She reversed her severe t2 diabetes on a low-carb diet in a matter of weeks. She recently told her amazing story of healing in her speech at the Metabolic Revolution Rally (see links below).
