Today we peel back the curtain and I share how my company and the podcast started. I share some of my career background, and how a small flame was always burning inside of me around Health & Wellness.
I love being able to share this story with you. My intention is to share stories and resources with you so that it sparks an idea inside of you, and you move forward with your goals and dreams.
You may even hear themes within these podcast episodes because, if you're like me, I sometimes need to hear something many times until something lights that spark in me. It just hits different, and I go and do the thing.
