Tony Robbins said, "If you want to be more true to yourself - BE SPONTANEOUS."
Choosing your music - is intellectual, as everything about you involves decisions. Of course, we know this, but typically our focus is on our reality, mood, and desires that document a little bit about our current selves.
Music is a significant part because we consume so much energy throughout the day. We also need to be spontaneous.
This bonus me-time session, it's free.
And what you just need to do, is to be aware and get that spontaneous shook of figuring and rediscovering your liked songs found in your MUSIC APP.
Keep a music journal by just downloading and remembering your favorite songs. Tune to those songs again and you may feel happy, cringe, or it's noteworthy when you sing in the showers again.
You will start to scroll and figure:

  • Which music do you listen to when you're "sad" deprive, or feeling different from everyone? How about when you're happy?
  • What music that you use when you're reading?
  • What music do you often listen to?
  • What food zaps out of bed, to start dancing and work?
  • What is the first music you downloaded? (the very first music, you found in your history)
  • What music from the previous month have you added, and how come you added these new songs? Did you re-imagine scenarios or prepare to memorize the lyrics?

It is also backed up by science! And realize this odd experience of yours makes you more aware of yourself.
