Buddhist Meditation Instructor, Regel Andaya is widely known for his works in Cebu Meditation for following his teachings on self-awareness and making people feel calm. Today, he will guide tigers in the love kindness meditation.
The 7 Benefits to the Love Kindness Meditations are:
1. Increase Positive Feelings and Decrease Negative Feelings
- These positive feelings can increase life satisfaction to getting more love, joy, happiness, and contentment even splendor in things around you.
2. Calms down the inner voice judging you and others
- Rather than beating yourself up or wishing ill on others, during your vulnerable time, it teaches you to be more compassionate of slowing down than using harsh words.
3. Increases empathy and Strengths Compassion
