Taylor Howe is the co-owner of Rocky Mountain Pilates and Yoga in Lafayette CO. Her adoption into the Lakota people and discovery of the Red Road punctuates a journey through alcoholism, addiction, and eating disorder that began at the age of 13. She currently lives in a farmhouse with her husband, her mother, and her daughter Lily as well as five rescue dogs and two rescue bunnies. She is 21 years sober.
In this conversation with Taylor we discuss:

  • How her first experiences with alcohol were "different" than most people
  • The fast descent into addiction
  • Getting kicked out of her home
  • How a trip to Thailand proved transformative
  • Discovering pilates and movement practices
  • Becoming adopted into the Lakota people

...and more!
