Getting older is mind-fuck after mind-fuck, but as we approach perimenopause and menopause, we’re sick of being told that everything has to suck from now on. We don’t accept the idea that all of a sudden we can never build muscle or that our hormones will prevent us from enjoying our lives, and luckily for us, people like Dr. Stephanie Estima exist.
