Sent to an adult jail facility at the age of 16, Russell's story of being a juvenile in an adult system is disturbing.
A system designed to punish and rehabilitate lead to multiple incarcerations for a variety of crimes and repeated sexual abuse, but his survival instincts prevailed and he now uses his life as an example to help others.
