You think you got what it takes for business ownership.....Tonight's episode spotlights entrepreneurship and the perks and pitfalls of following the "be my own boss" dream. The girls round table the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise and the risks that come along with it.
First Up "Fast nor Furious" just graduated and is now a fully certified auto mechanic who wants to open his own garage. He comes to the girls with the question asked by everyone looking to start their own gig ......."Am I the right fit for business ownership?"
Second "Restaurateur" is walking away from law school and the privileged life to start her own restaurant and looks for advice on how to break it to her parents that she's exchanging her cap & gown for an apron & utensils.
Third "Senior Rita" wants to pivot at 60 and get the craft store she's always wanted but fears her times run out. She asks the girls if such a bold move is wise and if the risks of entrepreneurship increase with age.
In the Finale "Cake Boss Wanna Be" plans to give up her successful dental practice and go after her dreams of owning her own bakery. The stakes are high as her wife "ain't having none of it". The girls weigh in on the pros and cons of risking the security of her career and family to fulfill the dream of a lifetime.
