In the very first episode of The Labor Room Podcast, we’re diving deep into the biggest myths during pregnancy and separating fact from fiction. Pregnancy is often shrouded in myths and misinformation, so we’re here to set the record straight.

Today we will unravel five pregnancy myths that often trap expecting mothers in a state of overwhelm or fear. Starting with the familiar "eating for two" fallacy, we will talk about how incredible your pregnant body is even when you're feeling at your worst. Then we will shift focus to morning sickness, debunking popular misconceptions around it.

In the second half of the episode, we move into more clinical territory, talking about the cervix, labor timings, and the concept of "overdue" pregnancies.
