Ever compare yourself to other women? Feel less than or like you don’t measure up? Oh sister, you know how strongly I feel that women coming together are magical! When we get together in sisterhood, it’s a profound experience! And yet, so many of us have been hurt by women, and we carry deep sisterhood wounds. Well, I grew up believing that I needed to be perfect to be loved, and a lot of this had stemmed from my experiences with other girls when I was little. I was basing my sense of self-worth on the approval of others, and this has caused me so much grief over the years. These beliefs, “I’m only lovable if…” or “I’m only worthy if…”, are so harmful and yet so common among women. For me, it’s an ongoing effort of using my tools to keep these harmful beliefs at bay, and fortunately I have a toolkit of strategies that I use for this. In today’s episode I’m talking about

  • The childhood origins of some of my own sh*t – a story about cheerleading you need to hear
  • The ups and downs of social media – how it impacts our worth
  • My struggles in high school with shame and feeling like a loser
  • The origins of our women wounds and how to move through them
  • Why I create safe, sacred sisterhoods
  • The surprising core nature of women in times of stress
  • Specific steps for healing sisterhood wounds: 4 Purpose Power Tools to change your life with worth, women, and friendships

And as of early June, 2022, the doors are now open for my life-changing retreat, Goddess Getaway: Italy! To learn more and sign up before all the spots are gone, go to:
