The importance of Intentional Happiness is what Stephanie shares in the podcast today. Stephanie has been a student of the Art Of Happiness since she was 12 years old. In her mind her family had everything they needed and wanted. Stephanie was lucky enough to have her own horse and dirt bike as a child she felt rich even though she could not have designer jeans. LOL LOL LOL But her parents were far from happy. Stephanie did not understand why her parents were so upset all the time.
She read her first self help book at the age of 12 called "Working With The Law" by Raymond Holliwell.
Stephanie is grateful that she made being happy the goal of her life.
