Learn to identify what triggers that small feeling inside you and discover a trick to create a symbiotic relationship between feeling small and feeling big value.
Exercise/Questions:
1. Remember a moment when you felt small in the last week. If you can't think of a time in the last week, perhaps identify a general situation when this type of feeling comes up.
2. Where were you? Who were you with? What were you observing/seeing? What were some thoughts that came to mind? List them or describe them.
3. Describe with one word what it was that triggered this small like sensation inside of you.
4. Now state what the opposite of that word is - perhaps look it up and see what words you can find that feel true.
5. Focus on that word and amplify it in your life. Write a statement down that you can amplify in your mind and hang up for you to see.
