What does it mean to sit comfortably, yes, physically initially, and then, as we begin to investigate our own "comfort," we realize there is a lot going on we are taking for granted, this journey reminds us a little bit about some of what's going on. Take what you want and leave the rest behind. Plant seeds in your hear and soul garden which will benefit you. This action of "practicing" awareness and self nurturing improvement are steps one takes gaining a wider perspective on our universe. For instance, is your hand immersed in the universe? It is perspective! On the stage of Life, where are you standing, know it or not, You are in the spotlight, shine brightly miraculous be-ing!
