Coming out of winter hibernation and preparing for the transitions that come with spring is no small feat. Over the past three episodes, we’ve tackled spring cleaning for the mind, body and home spaces. Chelsea Totah, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Health Coach, joins Mike and Helena to talk about Spring Cleaning for the Spirit. Today, we talk about the energy, or the invisible threads, that connect us to each other and the world around us. We’ll cover a lot of ground from the 5 layers of our being; the vibrancy and vitality of life; and how our connections and relationships with ourselves and others nourish us to the things that bring us fulfillment, why guilty pleasures shouldn’t have guilt associated with them, and how doing things outside of our norms can develop neuroplasticity.

Also, here’s a link to the book Helena references in the episode: Transitions: Making Sense of Life’s Changes by William Bridges.

Chelsea is an Ayurvedic Practitioner & Health Coach, who supports busy professionals interested in taking a holistic approach to their health. Through personalized 1:1 sessions, Chelsea delves deep into the root causes of health imbalances, crafting tailored treatment plans that blend diet/nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. Her methodology seamlessly intertwines ancient wisdom with contemporary evidence-based research, bridging Ayurveda, allopathic medicine, psychology, yoga, and more.

Chelsea's journey into holistic health was ignited by her own experience with an autoimmune disease, sparking a quest to understand the intricate interplay of lifestyle, nutrition, and stress on her well-being. After years in the corporate world, she followed her heart's calling, embarking on a transformative path that led her to deepen her yoga practice and delve into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Through rigorous study and training at Mount Madonna Institute, Chelsea found her purpose: to empower others in their pursuit of greater health, happiness, and fulfillment, embracing a holistic approach that nurtures body, mind, and spirit. Today, Chelsea stands as a testament to the transformative power of holistic health, dedicated to sharing her knowledge and guiding others towards their own path of wellness and vitality.
