With the evolution and the phenomenal growth of CrossFit more and more people from all walks of life are taking up the barbell sports. Young and old, seasoned or newbie, everyone can and is getting involved. This is giving rise to a new youth, individuals with more strength, increased function and enthusiasm to try this amazing sport. I wanted to find out what the strength sport community thought, and the effect it is having on the individuals involved. I set up this UK based podcast to find out exactly that. I'm glad that I am able to bring this to you and humbled by the amount of support I'm getting. This show will be informative, educational and funny. There may be a splattering of profanity but all in good taste. I want to reach out to the community and get them involved in the show, if i can make a difference to you, if you learn something or improve the way you think about strength sports then this podcast is doing it's job and it is all down to you. The best thing you can do for me and for the community is spread the word, get involved and let me know what and who you would like featured...I will endeavour to make it happen. Thank you
