In today's episode I have an intense conversation with Ilana Cohen, a divorce coach who specializes in high-conflict divorce and helping people in abusive relationships. She herself has triumphed over a lengthy divorce battle with an abusive partner, and in this podcast she shares her vast knowledge of how abusive people manipulate their victims, the different types of abuse, and some of the challenges people experience in a high-conflict divorce.
It's important to open up the conversation around abuse so that we can begin to recognize the signs earlier, and to let people know that they're not alone in facing this challenge.
