On this episode, It's me, again! On this short and sweet episode, I briefly discuss the science of Nutrition Psychiatry - the science of how food improves your mood. The stigma discussed in this episode revolves around mental health and how the choices in our diet can effect major depression and anxiety.
Mental health is heavily stigmatized around the world, and this discussion just scratches the surface of what needs to be talked about in regards to our mental well-being.
