Adrienne Rivera is a Spiritual Business Coach who specializes in teaching healers and coaches how to grow their businesses online. “With my story of overcoming the eating disorder, I used to feel like food was that thing to fill the void, or food was that thing to give me pleasure. Or even you know dating and relationships was the thing to give me pleasure and shopping or buying new things was the thing to give me pleasure and novelty. When really everything is within ourselves and that is a lesson that comes through almost every single time I do breathwork and it’s a reminder because I think our human selves often forget that it’s all within us.”
