This week we chat about how helpful travel can be for your mental health. You would think that travel could do the opposite for you. We know that traveling can be stressful. When you are feeling anxious or feeling stressed it could be the last thing you would consider doing however think again! Travel can have an amazing positive impact on your life in the most unexpected ways! It makes you stronger, more resilient and leaves you feeling refreshed and can give you a totally new perspective your life.
The Benefits of Travel
* Stress relief. Traveling can be a great way to relieve stress, as it provides an escape from the everyday pressures of life.

* Increased confidence and self-esteem. When you travel, you learn new things about yourself and the world that make you feel more confident in your abilities as well as more connected with others around you and this can have a positive impact on your mental health overall.

Traveling offers many benefits when you suffer from anxiety or mild depression because it helps you expand your horizons by exposing you to new cultures and environments. This will make you feel less trapped by your current situation situation and will help you make positive changes in your life so that you can continue to continue to explore new places once you return home again.
