Many of us eat on autopilot, which means we eat without being fully aware of what we're doing or why we're doing it. But the question is, are we eating because we are hungry, or is it our mind that's driving us to eat?
In this episode, I will talk about the reasoning behind mindless eating, give some simple tips to be more mindful of your food choices, and discuss how intuitive eating can shift your relationship with food and your body.
