What happens when something is dry and brittle? It will easily crack and even break. But what about when something is soft and supple? Then it is flexible and can move easily. Our bodies are no different. If you don't use it, you lose it!...or rather, it becomes dry and brittle. A huge key in maintaining an able, healthy body that moves with ease? MOTION!
