Grief is something we'll all experience. But almost no one talks about it. That's one of the reasons why Luke Russert is sharing his story. Luke is a journalist, author, and former correspondent for NBC News. He is known for his work covering Capitol Hill and the 2008 presidential election.

He's also the son of the late Tim Russert, a renowned journalist and former moderator of NBC's "Meet the Press." Luke Russert's book, Look for Me There: Grieving My Father, Finding Myself, explores his personal journey of grief and healing after the loss of his father.

Some of the things he talks about are how to honor the memory of a loved one, the process of grief and how it helps us heal, and the steps that helped him confront grief to move forward.
