Anxiety: How Meditation and Mindfulness Can Help

If you struggle with anxiety, it can be at the very least disruptive, if not debilitating, in your life. If you have tried various methods to get control of your anxiety and nothing seems to have helped, then you might want to try the practice of meditation to help you on your journey.

- Be more present and stop being fearful of the future or regretting the past
- Sit with the feeling of anxiety instead of pushing it away
- Get quiet so we can hear what anxiety it trying to tell us
- Observe and become more aware of what we are feeling and why we are feeling it
