Mollie Adler is the producer and host of the Back from the Borderline podcast, which, since its

launch in 2021, has rapidly ascended the podcasting charts. It landed in the top 1% of most downloaded podcasts on Apple Podcasts and the top 1% of most followed on Spotify as early as 2022. After realizing her alignment with traits commonly associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Mollie began her journey of healing and recovery, sharing her experiences through her podcast. In this episode, she reveals a profoundly personal account of those experiences.

Back from the Borderline has evolved into a beacon of hope and a safe haven for those seeking an alternative to the bio-medical model of mental health. It champions a more holistic and less

pathologizing approach to healing from trauma and psychological distress.

With a deep passion for depth psychology, philosophy, mythology, and mysticism, Mollie strives to provide validation and peer support to her listeners. She believes they are not “disordered” or

“dysfunctional,” but rather complex individuals in search of deeper meaning in life. Mollie guides herself and her listeners through a journey of emotional alchemy, reconnecting with their bodies and uncovering profound insights along the way.
