In this week's episode I share some practical tips on how to bring the practise of meditation into your life to help reduce anxiety and calm the voices in your head.
After meditating consistently now for 10 years, I realised that when I started with it I struggled because I thought I had to do it in a certain way and get to a relaxed place and when that didn't happen I'd get frustrated.
Having facilitated hundreds of meditations for clients over the years, I've come to find a style and way of guiding people through meditation so they feel a sense of nurture and permission to be ok with exactly where they're at.
