Seth Budai is a Physical Educator and Embodiment Teacher with over a decade of experience in the movement world. Seth works one-on-one with clients helping to increase their movement literacy, as well as, their overall well-being. Seth also teaches certifications in Natural Movement as a MovNat Team Instructor.
