We hear a lot in the personal growth and development space about giving ourselves permission. Giving ourselves permission to dream big, to try something new, to go for what we want, to start over, to be human, to fail, to step into our greatness, to make lots of money, to be wildly successful, to take up space, to be our authentic selves, to slow down, to reprioritize our lives, etc.
But what does giving ourselves permission really mean, and why do we think we need it?
In this episode, I break down the power of permission, what we're really asking for when we seek it, and how giving ourselves permission to do or not do something can be an invaluable tool for stretching and growing outside of our comfort zone.
