After all the waiting, it’s FINALLY here!!

It’s been more than three years of writing, creating and researching, and now Trim Healthy Wisdom is about to be released (pre-sale starts December 16).

Today, Danny goes through the book with us and asks the why, the what and how of it all.

Why write such a huge book?

Our answer… the need is so deep. Women are desperate. They are facing tough hormonal seasons and don’t know who to trust for sound information. There is a lot of noise about the subject out there… but little wisdom.

What’s it all about?

Our answer… It is about how to live your most vibrant life in later pause seasons. It imparts the knowledge of how to soundly break through tough weight loss stalls even in the midst of perimenopause, full menopause itself and the years post that. It is a deep dive into how to eat during these challenging seasons… which foods to use and which kinds of movement are best. It is the knowledge you need to become fully competent in understanding your hormones and how to find your best help for navigating the seasons when they get topsy-turvy.

How does it work? Our answer… the book is long but women living through challenging hormonal situations need more knowledge not less.

It is divided into 7 parts:

Part I - The Foundation… it gets your head on straight.

Part II - The Wisdom Principles… how to eat to look and feel your most vibrant.

Part III - The Wizzy Way - Pearl’s deep dive into the tricks and hacks for tweaking THM to be your most hormone friendly way of eating.

Part IV - The Movement…getting your lean body mass back so you can burn food again.

Part V - The Hormones… you’ll learn to be a freakin’ hormone knowledge beast!

Part VI - The Supplements, The Gut and The Skin… well, the title kind of says it all.

Part VII - The Ending & The Bonus… there’s a surprise chapter that we are not ready to talk about publicly. It might have the word “passionate” in it.

For those who’re not ready to get all nerdy with an underlining pen and prefer the summary version, there is a Simple Takeaway and Bullets at the end of each chapter.
